Minogue encouraged by Eiffel Tower

London, July 16 (IANS) Singer Kylie Minogue managed to remain positive through her battle with breast cancer because her hospital bed overlooked the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
According to contactmusic.com, the Tower helped her get through her tough chemotherapy treatment. Speaking in her first TV interview after recovering she said: "I was in the room one evening and out of that little window the Eiffel Tower was sparkling there.
"I swear that the first time I saw that I was like, 'Oh, it's sparkling for me.'"
