Hema Malini inspired Rituparna
By Swati R. Chaudhary, Indo-Asian News Service
Mumbai, Aug 13 (IANS) Bengali actress Rituparna Sengupta, who
has conquered a million hearts in her home state, is a
multifaceted performer with a passion for writing
and handicrafts who says Hema Malini is her inspiration.
When asked her how she manages it all, she said: "I believe if
you have passion for something you will automatically create
time for it. Look at Hemaji ... she is such a
successful actress, she has directed and produced TV serials and
she is a dancer too. I really look up to her for her
multi-tasking ability and I have the highest regards for
her."
However, she feels it not so easy to create a niche in Bollywood,
reports Bollywood Trade.
"The work culture is pretty much
the same but it is quite difficult to make a name for yourself
in Bollywood. I am working hard and giving my best shot."
Apparently her parents were not too happy with her decision to
pursue a career as an actress.
"My parents still have reservations about it. I was studying
then but I always wanted to be an actress. I want to make my
parents and audience proud."

Tushaar Kapoor is a 'smart' boy!
Riding high after the success of "Golmaal", actor Tushaar Kapoor
is now looking forward to his forthcoming releases "Shootout At
Lokhandwala" and Subhash Ghai's "Good
Boy Bad Boy".
He is very happy with the way his career is shaping up in both
the films, reported Bollywood Trade.
" 'Golmaal' has been quite a turning point in my career. As of
now, I have Apoorva Lakhia's 'Shootout At Lokhandwala' and
Subhash Ghai's 'Good Boy Bad Boy'. I play 'Dilip
Bua', a gangster in 'Shootout...' I am very excited about this
film since I've really worked on my look.
"Though, I won't disclose much as I want it to be a surprise. I
have kind of rehearsed for it to get a feel of it."
"Good Boy Bad Boy" is complete and Tusshar describes it as young
and peppy.
"It's a campus musical with lots of drama, romance and emotion.
It's about how a 'good boy' (me) meets a 'bad boy' (played by
Emraan Hashmi) and they become friends
and change the entire atmosphere in college. The moral of the
film is that one doesn't have to be good or bad but just
'smart'.
Rumours are rife that he is also remaking his father's film "Farz".
"We have just thought of it. In fact, a journalist suggested it
and I thought it was a good idea. So that's about it. Nothing
has been finalised as yet".
