Aguilera wants to end war with Carey

New York, Aug 16 (IANS) Pop star Christina Aguilera is desperate
to put her feud with Mariah Carey behind her and says it was a
mistake to talk so honestly about their
stormy relationship in the past.
According to contactmusic.com, Aguilera told GQ magazine earlier
this year that Carey had been criticising her and made
derogatory comments about her at a party.
However, Carey hit back at the time, saying she would forgive
the comments and "keep Aguilera in her prayers".
Recently, Aguilera told Allure magazine: "She (Carey) hasn't
been nice to me, no. But honestly, I don't want to give her any
more attention by even talking about it."
She added: "Like I said, sometimes honesty is my downfall.".
