Collette refuses to shave armpits

London, Aug 5 (IANS) Actress Toni Collette had to fight with
bosses on the set of her new movie "Cosi" when they ordered her
to shave her armpits." .
Collette felt that her junkie
character had to have underarm hair and so she fought with
Miramax chief Harvey Weinstein until he gave in, reported
contactmusic.com. She
said: "Miramax wanted me to shave my underarm hair, which I did
not want to do. I was playing a junkie. I did end up keeping it.
I felt that since I was creating the character,
I should be in control of all bodily hair."
