Keys advises teens to dress modestly
Indo-Asian News Service
London, Aug 24 (IANS) Singer Alicia Keys is urging parents of
teenage girls to take school uniforms seriously because they do
not turn on boys.
According to contactmusic.com, Keys started a campaign in an
effort to make girls aware of saving themselves for sex. She
believes uniforms have a big part to play in
keeping youth away from temptation. She said: "Uniforms
definitely do help. I mean, naturally a girl or a woman is going
to dress how they want to dress... It (a uniform)
gives you less options to do that kind of thing."
.
And Keys hopes her young fans follow her example and cover-up to
keep the boys guessing. She added: "You are more mysterious and
more intriguing when you cover it
up."
