Hollywood film news on August
Stone makes pricey demands
Indo-Asian News Service
New York, Aug 30 (IANS) Actress Sharon Stone will not attend the
Venice Film Festival to promote her new movie "Bobby".
According to pagesix.com, the film is supposed to be her best
work in a while and could redeem her reputation, blemished by
the "Basic Instinct 2" fiasco.
Her representative Cindi Berger said that Stone never committed
herself to the festival and was "doing something with the Dalai
Lama in Los Angeles".
But sources added that the no-show could also have to do with
her demands, which in the past have included a private jet,
multiple nannies, luxury suites and other benefits.
