New Delhi, Sep 24 (IANS) "Teachings on Love," a book written by Nobel Prize nominee Thich Nhat Hanh on love and practical ways to establish relationships, was released here Friday evening.
The book narrates simple ways and exercises to enrich and make our lives meaningful. The importance of "sangha" (community), compassion, mindfulness, listening and equanimity among others are explained.
It reveals how easily one can achieve an all-encompassing state of love in all its myriad forms and connections.
Former solicitor general of India Ashok Desai released the book published by Full Circle.
Hanh, Zen master, peacemaker and Nobel Peace Prize nominee has authored more than 55 books. Some of his other titles include "Living Buddha Living Christ," "Being Peace" and "Old Path White Clouds."
