The Brisbane Film Festival, Australia, will host the world premier of "Quest" on July 6, reported Bollywood Trade.

Protagonists Sai and Aditya weave their lives together through professional pressures, personal confusions, and individual dilemmas. Their 'quest' for finding solutions despite the disillusive reality remains incessant.

Known for perfect casting of his characters, Palekar is very happy with performances of Mrinal Kulkarni, Rishi Deshpande, Shishir Sharma and Vijaya Mehta.

Palekar's earlier productions were three consecutive period films - "Dhyaasparva", "Anaahat" and "Paheli".

The story, screenplay and dialogue of "Quest" are credited to Sandhya Gokhale while Debu Deodhar is the cinematographer.

Marked by its very well edged screenplay, ace performances and adroit direction, "Quest" has been already selected in many foreign festivals.

"Quest" will have a Marathi version "Thaang", which will be released in India in August.

Deepshikha's leisure trip to Malaysia

Actress Deepshikha is back to Mumbai after her shoot in the exotic locations of Malaysia for Deepak Bahry's forthcoming film "Lara".

The chirpy actress is so excited about her trip that she cannot stop herself from describing it.

"The room in the resort that I was staying was facing the sea. It was extremely beautiful and it felt like you are sailing on a ship," Bollywood Trade quoted the revitalised Deepshikha as saying.

"But sometimes at night it rained and the sound of the waves used to scare me after the tsunami. The overall experience was amazing as it was a good holiday- cum-work for me."

"Lara" also features Arbaaz Khan, Hrishita Bhatt.

Sushma Reddy climbs active volcano

"Chup Chup Ke" saw Sushma Reddy transform from a glam doll to a village belle. A travel freak, it came as no surprise when she took off on a well-deserved break to Greece to meet sister Meghna.

The trip surely turned her into a daredevil of sorts. Sushma, along with Meghna, travelled from Greece to Italy accompanied with a few friends and took on an almost impossible mission.

They climbed up an active volcano - Stromboli, which is a steep slope of more than a thousand metres. Their path was laden with active lava and the deep rumbling of the furious volcano threatening to erupt, reported Bollywood Trade.

"It was roughly a 800-1,000 metre climb to the top. The first thing that came into sight was the vapours and fumes along with the magma being spewed in the air," says Sushma.

"It was an awe-inspiring experience. Finally, I reached Stromboli town covered in ash and dust but happy."
