Patna, Feb 2 (IANS) A big racket in the manufacture and sale of
pirated CDs of latest Bollywood films has been busted in this
Bihar capital and nine people have been arrested.

A police team raided storehouses in Bakarganj electronic market here and seized nearly 100,000 pirated CDs worth Rs.2 million, two computers and CD writers. Police also seized Rs.30,000 in cash.
"It was a large-scale racket in pirated CDs," S.K. Saroj, deputy superintendent of police, said Thursday.
Police believe the gang involved in the racket was supplying pirated CDs to states like Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal and Madhya Pradesh, besides Bihar.
