Mumbai, March 14 (IANS) Deepa Mehta is finally ready to attempt another comedy after "Hollywood Bollywood".

Two years ago when Mehta wanted to cast Kareena Kapoor as Kalyani in "Water", she also wanted to have the actress in a rustic comedy about two rival wrestling gangs in a village ring and how they come together because of this girl.

Plenty of 'water' has flown under the bridge since then.

Now she is planning a comedy, "to get over the grim and disturbing experience of making 'Water' and to catch my breath before going on to my next big film, 'Komagata Maru', which will again require a lot of my energy and emotions," Mehta told IANS.

"You could say it is the bridge over troubled water.

"I'll have to wait for Mr. (Amitabh) Bachchan to read my script and allot the dates for 'Komagata Maru'. Until then I want to make this start-to-finish comedy about a wacky ayah (maid) who works for a Canadian couple. It's a hilarious script."

Deepa has already decided whom to cast.

"But I don't want to reveal the actress' name right now. I've had some terrible experiences with star tantrums while casting for 'Water'. Let's hope the actress whom I have in mind turns out to be professional about her job."
