Prince William to don banker's suit for experience

London, Oct 10 (DPA) Prince William will join banking giant HSBC for a three-week work experience early November, reports from the royal palace here said Monday.

The prince, who is 23, will spend much of his time in the bank's charity services division, in line with his own wish to "learn about fund-raising and investment."

Since graduating from St. Andrew's University in Scotland in July, William has been gaining experience in "land management."

Before joining the elite military academy of Sandhurst next year, he is due to join a mountain rescue team whose work he has described as "fascinating."
