Judi Dench denounces nudity in films

London, Nov 25 (IANS) British acting legend Dame Judi Dench says she disagrees with gratuitous nudity in movies and calls for a return to times when taboos were respected.
Her views seem surprising since she stars in a new movie "Mrs. Henderson Presents", which is about one of London's most famous striptease clubs and in which her co-star Bob Hoskins and other actors and actresses appear naked, according to contactmusic.com.
But the actress insists: "Sometimes nudity is gratuitous. We just live in a society where everything goes. Nudity wasn't allowed on stage in 1957, now you can do anything. Maybe I would like to go back to that time."
