Denton reveals 'Desperate Housewives' secrets

London, May 23 (IANS) Actor James Denton from the hit TV show "Desperate Housewives" thinks that the show has lost its lustre because of too many new faces.

According to ananova.com, Denton, who plays the plumber Mike Delfino, says there are too many new cast members in season two and major characters will have to take the back seat to make space for the new faces. 

He says: "You are watching the second season and Mike doesn't have much to do... but I just got the main storyline for season three and I am pleased that Mike features more prominently. 

"Our cast grew too much this year and some of the characters got lost in the shuffle. But we'll be losing a handful of actors at the end of this series and I don't think they are going to be replaced."
