Michael Parkinson says Meg Ryan fancies him

London, April 6 (IANS) British talk show host Michael Parkinson says his continuing spat with actress Meg Ryan is because of her lust for him.
The spat began when Ryan appeared on Parkinson's show in 2003, contamusic.com reported. He said she was creating a bad atmosphere by refusing to answer questions.
While Meg claims that he acted like a disapproving father, Parkinson says it is all an elaborate plan to hide her desire for him.
He jokingly said, "Actually, we are secret friends. She fancies me, she told me that. She said, 'Michael, I would leave home for a man like you'."
