Murdoch calls 'Gladiator' reunion a flop

London, Nov 21 The much-touted reunion of "Gladiator" director Ridley Scott and actor Russell Crowe in the new movie "A Good Year" has been called a flop by media tycoon Rupert Murdoch.
       

  
According to contactmusic.com, it was Murdoch's studio that backed the movie. Murdoch has distanced himself from it and instead wants to focus on the comedy "The Devil Wears Prada".

"The Devil..." cost $17 million to make but earned $100 million. But "A Good Year" cost $35 million to make and has only made $3.7 million.
