Cruise threatens to sue biographer

New York, Feb 14 (IANS) Actor Tom Cruise is threatening to sue acclaimed biographer Andrew Morton after discovering that he has hired a gay porn star to reveal more about his private life.
Hollywood.com reports that Morton has hired Los Angeles private investigator and former gay porn actor Paul Baressi to dig into speculations that Cruise is gay. Reportedly, Baressi has already given Morton letters from Cruise's attorney claiming that Cruise enjoyed a homosexual affair while shooting "Eyes Wide Shut" in Britain.
Cruise lawyer quickly responded and said: "I wrote a letter to Mr. Morton back in November and said he obviously was entitled to write the book but 'make sure you check your facts'. If he tries to use my letter to create the impression that Mr. Cruise did have a gay affair, we will certainly sue... because the story is false. Mr. Cruise is not gay."
