Woody Allen says he is not neurotic

London, Nov 25 (IANS) Legendary Oscar winning director Woody Allen says he is sick of his image as a bumbling neurotic and insists he isn't the same in real life.

Though Allen frequently casts himself as a hopeless romantic lead in films, he insists he only plays those characters and not himself, according to contactmusic.com. 

"Contrary to popular belief, I am not neurotic," asserts Allen.
