I struggled to keep quiet: Aniston

Los Angeles, Oct 8 (IANS) Jennifer Aniston says she struggled to remain quiet during the break-up of her marriage with Brad Pitt because she considers talking as therapy.
According to Internet Movie Database, the "Friends" actress says she would have preferred to share her feelings but was obliged to keep her personal life private.
"It's so hard, it's almost the impossible - not talking about anything. I don't abide well to gag orders. I'm a talker. I think it's a beautiful trait when people are not micro-managing every corner of their life," she says.
"But there is a boundary. I've learned my lessons throughout the years on when that line gets crossed and how that can be used against you and can backfire."
