Tarantino has need for speed

London, Sep 26 (IANS) Filmmaker Quentin Tarantino is now obsessed with speed after learning how to race Nascar style in motorsports.

According to contactmusic.com, the director has recently become a huge fan of racing and is taking driving lessons. 

He says: "I went on the track at California Speedway and I went on the whole Richard Petty Driving Experience, went on the track and drove all by myself in a race car. I did eight laps and my final speed was 146 miles an hour. It was pretty cool."
