Bale, Jackman to star as rivals in new fantasy movie

London, Oct 4 (IANS) "Batman Begins" actor Christian Bale and the "X-Men" star Hugh Jackman are set to feature as rivals in a new fantasy movie called "The Prestige".
According to ananova.com, the movie will be directed by "Batman Begins" director Christopher Nolan. Bale and Jackman will play magicians in early 1900s London. Their rivalry intensifies to the point where they turn murderers. The script is based on Christopher Priest's 1996 novel and is adapted by the director's brother Jonathan.
Shooting will commence in January and the budget is an estimated 20 million pounds.
