'Jogi' an unstoppable juggernaut

Bangalore, Oct 21 (IANS) "Jogi" has broken all records and is the deserving topper among the Kannada films.
The current top five Kannada films are:
1. "Jogi": The film is now being talked about as the biggest hit of the Kannada film industry. It is expected to collect over Rs.60 million in Bangalore city alone.
2. "Amrutha Dhaare": Though the film was released only with a few prints in the major centres in Karnataka, it has now expanded its marketing boundaries to reach all the major centres. The collections in metro centres like Bangalore and Mysore and Davangere town have been quite encouraging.
3. "Auto Shankar": The festival and holiday period has really helped this film, which could have faced stiff competition in other times.
4. "Swamy": If there was a perception that the law of averages has struck Darshan and that his recent film "Swamy" might not bring in enough moolah. The notion has been proved wrong.
5. "Deadly Soma": Though not star-studded, the film stays on in the list.
