'Ashok' is number one Telugu album

Hyderabad, June 28 (IANS) Ace composer Mani Sharma is still on the top slot with another hit Telugu album "Ashok".

1. "Ashok" - Mani Sharma has belted out foot-tapping numbers, including "Nuvvasalu" and "Okka chinni", for NTR Junior and Samira. The album is expected to do better than the recent musical hit "Pokiri".
2. "Vikramarkudu" - The heady combination of director Rajamouli and composer Keeravani seems to have scored yet another hit with "Vikramarkudu". "Damare damma" and "Dooranga" stand out. After reaching a musical peak with "Sri Ramadasu", the award-winning composer produces a purely commercial album, proving his versatility.
3. "Pokiri" - The album is a revelation from Mani Sharma. "Dole dole" and "Devudu" top all the countdown shows.
4. "Asthram" - After a gap, composer S.A. Rajkumar has composed music for a typical mass film but still manages to deliver a notable album. "Padahare" and "Sakhiya" are catchy numbers.
5. "Godavari" - Music director Radhakrishna's classical-based numbers again win audience appreciation after his much-appreciated "Anand". "Ramachakani Sita" and "Tippulu tappulu" are chartbusters.
